Project Detail

On November 17, marking the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims that takes place on the third Sunday in November every year (November 18 in 2018), the event was jointly organized by the Rotaract Club of Patan West and Safe and Sustainable Travel Nepal (SSTN). The main aim of this program was the professional development of Rotaractors. The program started at 12 pm and ended at 4 pm at Medhavi College, Shankhamul. The program was facilitated by Er. Hemant Tiwari, Bishnu Thapa and Er. Nausad Ansari.

An in-house TOT session as a professional development program for Rotaractors was conducted and now, each participant has been given the responsibility to provide training in at least 1 school under the community service avenue. The total participants in the event were 11 out of which 4 were from the Rotaract Club of Patan West and others were guests (interested participants who approached us to participate in the TOT) and proposed members of the club.
