train and share the experiences and ideas on Enterpreneurship and leadership to the youths
The Project was titled "The Paradigm Shift: Seminar on Entrepreneurship and Leadership".
The Paradigm Shift intended to bring the youths together to deepen their leadership, entrepreneurship and social value knowledge and foster active youth participation in building the better community and a better nation. We had collectively worked with the youths of Jaycees and Leos. The event was held on 19 October 2019 (Kartik 2, Saturday) @ Venue, Hotel View Bhaktapur and started12 PM onwards and the registration charge was Rs. 350 ( including lunch).
The Chief Guest was Mr. Shiva Manandhar, Vice President at Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and he suggested us to do more of this type of projects and highlighted the importance of these kinds of seminars on youths. He also shared his social experiences on being member of leo and motivated audiences to get involved in any social organization for the personal growth and development.
The first session was taken by renowned photographer, MD of K2 Photography, Mr. Kishor Kayastha who enlightened the audiences on how every ideas can be monitized with dedication and commitment. He shared his bitter and struggling experiences of his career in photography, patience and his sucess mantra.
The second session was also about Enterprenuership and was taken by Mr. Sujan Regmi (Data Scientist at World Bank). He also motivated audiences to begin business after researching on datas and facts and also shared his stories about world bank.
The third and final session was taken by District Governor Lion Shova Joshi of Lions District 325 A2, MD 325 Nepal. She energized the audioences before her session and shared her motivational stories and gae tips ans suggestions on how to be a good leader. She stated the strong and weak points of a good leader and gave light on time management too.
Almost 160 participants participated the event and commented that the sessions were quite fruitful. The event was followed by lunch. The guests and participants were given letter of appreciation
